Opening a bakery in the USA was one of Patrick Morin’s dreams. While in Paris, Mr.Morin, taught baking classes and some students told him if he opened a bakery in the USA, it would be a great success. He listened to his students, and after 30 years in France, Mr.Morin, decided to move with his family to start a new journey in Seattle.
